A variety of event rental options are available for your convenience. Learn about types of rentals at Nordahl Hall and all reservation policies here.

We prefer renting our space for a minimum of 12 hours, but often have partial day and evening rentals available based on availability.

Nordahl Hall is available for regularly scheduled meetings for your business or community organization needs. This is a perfect fit for choirs, teams, clubs, religious organizations or other groups in need of a space to meet weekly, bi-monthly or monthly.

Note: Due to frequently scheduled events on Saturdays at Nordahl Hall, we are unable to offer our Hall for regularly scheduled meetings from Saturday 8:00am to 12:00 Noon on Sunday.

A reservation deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and rental of Nordahl Hall. We cannot reserve dates without a deposit. Security may be required (at renter’s expense) depending on the type and size of the event.

You are responsible for basic cleaning, including removal of all trash (using our dumpsters) and party supplies when finished with your rental. Nordahl Hall must be left in the condition it was rented in upon completion of your reservation. If left in unsatisfactory or damaged condition, your deposit will be used to cover cleaning and repair costs.

Please be respectful of the neighboring residences. The Town of Los Gatos’ Noise Ordinance requires quiet time starting at 10:00 PM on weekdays and weekends. We ask if your event goes longer than 10:00pm, please close the doors. Noise can be easily contained indoors at Nordahl Hall when the doors are closed.

Deposits are refundable with cancellation in writing (via email) 60 days or more prior to the reservation date. We reserve the right to revoke deposits for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the reservation date.
